Details for contacting and booking a meeting with our Student Services team for each campus. We are here to help, so get in touch!

SCEI has dedicated Student Services Officers for each course and campus who are here to help you with any issues and requests you may have during your time with us.
Each campus has a dedicated email address you can reach us on (see below) - Please contact us using your SCEI student email only to avoid your request potentially being lost in our email filter (e.g., accidentally flagged as junk email).
Melbourne: Email studentservices.melbourne@scei.edu.au
Adelaide: Email studentservices.adelaide@scei.edu.au
NOTE - These are the Student Services teams for our VET sector only, please send any Higher Education (e.g., Bachelor of Health and Community Services) enquiries to student.support@scei-he.edu.au - Any appointments booked by Higher Education students or about Higher Education courses will be cancelled before the appointment.

NOTE: This link is for Melbourne-based VET students ONLY. Please use this link to make an appointment with your designated Student Support Officer to discuss the following:
- course deferment,
- cancellation,
- suspension,
- CoE extension,
- campus transfers,
- course changes
- general course-related matters
Whilst on-campus appointments are preferred for Nursing, Pathology, and Early Childhood, you are also able to book an online meeting (via Microsoft Teams) during our available hours.
For Individual/Ageing Support, Disability, Community Services, and Project Management, ONLY online meetings are available.
