    Student Services Officer

    SCEI has dedicated Student Services Officers for each course and campus who are here to help you with any issues and requests you may have during your time with us. 

    Each campus has a dedicated email address you can reach us on (see below) - Please contact us using your SCEI student email only to avoid your request potentially being lost in our email filter (e.g., accidentally flagged as junk email).

    Melbourne: Email studentservices.melbourne@scei.edu.au 

    Adelaide: Email studentservices.adelaide@scei.edu.au

      MELBOURNE - VET Student Services URL

      NOTE: This link is for Melbourne-based VET students ONLY. Please use this link to make an appointment with your designated Student Support Officer to discuss the following:

      • course deferment, 
      • cancellation, 
      • suspension, 
      • CoE extension, 
      • campus transfers, 
      • course changes
      • general course-related matters

      Whilst on-campus appointments are preferred for Nursing, Pathology, and Early Childhood, you are also able to book an online meeting (via Microsoft Teams) during our available hours. 

      For Individual/Ageing Support, Disability, Community Services, and Project Management, ONLY online meetings are available.

Our services are free, confidential, and available to all students, offering emotional and psychological support whenever you need it.

      • Emotional Support (Academic or Personal): We are here to listen and support you.
      • Access to Mental Health Resources via the Student Learning Hub.
      • Personalized Strategies: Tailored solutions for your unique situation.
      • Adaptive Skills Guidance: Learn skills to manage challenges effectively.
      • Self-Awareness and Resilience Training: Preventative Strategies

      IMPORTANT NOTE: This service is offered to students who are experiencing some health or wellbeing issues (e.g., mental health, stress, food security, etc.,) and would like some support and resources.       Your appointment may be cancelled if you are not seeking support related to a health/wellbeing issue - This link is not to be used for CoE, enrolment, or course progress concerns.
