In the counselling space, you’ll find simple wellbeing tools like self‑care check‑ins, grounding exercises, breathing techniques, and the feelings wheel. These resources are there for you to use at your own pace, whether you’re waiting for a session or just need a quiet moment to pause and reset.
You don’t need to be in crisis to access counselling support. Counselling can be a space for reflection, support, and making sense of everyday challenges.
