📢 Important Announcement – Expedient Processing for Course Completion Certificates
Dear Students,
Please be informed that the expedient processing option for course completion certificates will not be available from 15 November 2025 to 31 January 2026.
This temporary suspension is due to the end-of-year Christmas period and campus closure.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan your submissions accordingly.

Thank you for the information.
I would like to inform you that my current visa will expire on 15 December 2025, while my COE is valid until 19 February 2026. I am currently completing my placement, which will finish on 14 November 2025. Because of this, I understand that I cannot request my course completion certificate until my placement is officially completed.
However, due to my visa expiry, I will need to enrol in another course to extend my visa. May I please ask if there is any way to process my course completion certificate earlier after my placement, or if I could receive an interim document that I can use for my visa application before the expedient processing suspension period?

I am writing to follow up once again regarding my certificate. I have been requesting it since May, and despite having completed all of my units and meeting every requirement requested by SCEI, I have not received any response or update.
I find this lack of communication and delay highly concerning. I would like to remind you that receiving my certificate is my right as a student who has fulfilled all academic and administrative obligations, it is not a favour. I expect this matter to be prioritised and my certificate to be processed and sent to me as soon as possible.
Please confirm when I can expect to receive it.
